Graduate students Grace Naa Korkoi Amoah and Adeyemi Badewa abstracts have been accepted at the National Association of African American Studies Conference in February 2024. The department wishes a huge congraduations to Grace who will be presenting "Health Disparities: A Scoping Review of Mental Health Practices in Ghana" and Adeyemi who's title is "Lax approach to border security, U.S. Social services and shelters in Texas and Arizona: African immigrants in the margins".
