Professor of African History and Culture (e.g., classical, pre-colonial, modern, diplomatic, pan-Africanism, historical methodology, African spirituality, popular culture, time in Africa and its diaspora, Akan language, history and culture); Caribbean history (slavery, African retentions, Maroon history).
